The BBI offers the following 5 services:
1. PHYSICAL TENANCY
The BBI provides office space from which a business can operate.
Tenants are also able to access a range of learning, networking and
business development opportunities.
The prices of offices/studios is dependent on size and location.
Building A is professional suites/offices and Building B is
light manufacturing studios.

2. VIRTUAL TENANCY
A “Virtual Tenant” is a small business owner or operator who
does not have the need for a dedicated office at the BBI,
but however would like to access some of our services, including
meeting rooms, equipment and receipt of mail.
3. HIRE OF MEETING ROOMS
The BBI has a range of excellent meeting rooms, which are
available to the general public, as well as to tenants. See our Meeting Rooms page for more

4. TRAINING PROGRAMS and WORKSHOPS
The BBI offers a range of learning opportunities. Some are
targeted at start-ups, whilst others cater for more established
businesses. See our Events

5. BUSINESS ADVICE
The BBI also operates as a Business Enterprise Centre (BEC).
In our role as a BEC we provide free, confidential and
professional advice to people thinking of setting up or who are
